The Property Hosts have been using the Airbnb platform since 2014 both as guests and as hosts. Initially it was just a great way to travel and an easier and cheaper alternative to hotels and motels. We also discovered that staying in someone's home gave an amazing experience with a local person as opposed to a generic hotel, hosts are locals who have lots of local knowledge of the area and are helpful when finding things to do, places to eat and which local must-see attractions to visit. Whether staying in Paris or Croatia in Europe to the Margaret River, Perth or Darwin in Australia, Airbnb always has the perfect option and alternative - just some of our favourite recent Airbnb destinations!
As hosts ourselves first in our own home and then in our investment rentals we discovered that meeting people from all around the world and hosting them in our favourite Australian locations was a fantastic experience. The passion definitely comes from both a mix of entrepreneurial ambition and a love of making a guests holiday experience memorable.
